Why this site exists

Remote Marketing Radar is built and run by Staci Cretu, a fractional CMO for B2B startups in cybersecurity, SaaS, industrial technology and professional services. After two decades of hiring marketers for founder-led companies — and watching good people scroll job boards full of listings that weren't actually remote, weren't actually marketing, or had been sitting there for months — she built the tool she wished existed.

So this site skips the job boards entirely. Every role here is pulled straight from the careers pages of the companies themselves — hundreds of them across B2B technology, enterprise software and cybersecurity — refreshed daily, so you're seeing what companies are actually hiring for right now.

Who's behind it

Staci Cretu has spent twenty years in B2B and B2C marketing leadership: SVP and CMO seats at venture-backed cybersecurity and SaaS companies — including serving as CMO of RunSafe Security — eight years running an award-winning agency, Uncommon Marketing Works, fractional leadership for high-growth technology companies, and a decade in government communications with the U.S. Army before any of it.

Today she works with founders to turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine — the same lens this radar applies to every role it surfaces.
